All Pets Must be on a Leash

We have received reports that several pets have been seen on the property without being on a leash.  We must ask that all pets must be on a leash when outside of the apartment home.  Not only is it in the lease and pet agreement, but it is the law.

We would also like to remind everyone that pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. This is also in the lease and pet agreement.

We would like to that all of you for your cooperation.

POOL PARTY RESCHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 7TH

The Pool Party that was originally scheduled for this weekend has been moved to next Saturday, September 7th.  We wanted to make sure that everyone was going to be in town and had an opportunity to come. Since this weekend is the Labor Day holiday weekend, we thought it would be better to change the date to make sure that as many people as possible can attend.

Where: The Poplar Place Clubhouse

Many of you may not realize, but Poplar Place is on Facebook!  Just go onto www.facebook.com/605poplar
 and "LIKE".  You can be informed of upcomming events and news around the community.  It's a great way to communicate with other residents as well as the office staff.

The pool season is finally here!  Poplar Place Management would like to remind everyone of a few pool rules and courtesies.  Please remember no glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area.  This is the entire area within the fence, the grilling areas, sitting area etc.  Pets are not allowed in the pool area, and running and horse play are also not allowed for obvious safety reasons. Smoking is prohibited.  If you or your guests smoke, there is a designated area behind our maintenance shop.  It is a picnic table with a tray to properly dispose of cigarette butts.  Please also remember that there is a limit of 2 guests per apartment, and we ask that when you or your guests are visiting the pool, to please not use the parking area in front of the office or in the smaller parking lots on the weekends.  Future residents who come to visit our community and current residents do not have a place to park when the lot is full.

We want everyone to have an enjoyable time and experience which is why we have the rules and courtesies in place.

FREE LAUNDRY WEEKEND!

Saturday, April 27th through Sunday, April 28th the residents of Poplar Place will be able to do  laundry for free!  Poplar Place and Coinmach will set up the machines in our Clothes Care Center that weekend so that no money is needed.  This is the perfect opportunity to save a little money on your water and electric bills.

JUST A REMINDER, THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, MARCH 29TH FOR THE HOLIDAY.  WE WILL BE OPEN AGAIN AT OUR REGULAR TIME OF 10 AM ON SATURDAY, MARCH 30TH.
