| Pool Courtesy The pool season is finally here! Poplar Place Management would like to remind everyone of a few pool rules and courtesies. Please remember no glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area. This is the entire area within the fence, the grilling areas, sitting area etc. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, and running and horse play are also not allowed for obvious safety reasons. Smoking is prohibited. If you or your guests smoke, there is a designated area behind our maintenance shop. It is a picnic table with a tray to properly dispose of cigarette butts. Please also remember that there is a limit of 2 guests per apartment, and we ask that when you or your guests are visiting the pool, to please not use the parking area in front of the office or in the smaller parking lots on the weekends. Future residents who come to visit our community and current residents do not have a place to park when the lot is full. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time and experience which is why we have the rules and courtesies in place.
